How does the self-serve bar work?
Just a few simple steps! Pay at the counter and grab your cup, add your desired toppings, add ice, dispense your tea or slush base, add syrup, then seal your cup. For our other specials you can order at the kiosks or at the counter. Our team is always nearby if you need help.
Do you have dairy-free or decaf options?
Yes. We are proud to offer flexible dairy alternatives for our customers. Swap in oat milk, coconut milk, or coconut water in any drink for $1, and decaf coffee is always available. Many of our teas are naturally dairy-free.
Where are you located, and is there parking?
We are located in Kanata at 471 Hazeldean Rd, Unit 12 in Castledean Plaza at the Hazeldean & Castlefrank intersection, minutes from Stittsville, and convenient highway and transit access from Ottawa. There's free plaza parking, and OC Transpo stops close by.
When do you open?
We plan to open in late summer of 2026. Follow @chillocafeottawa for the latest updates and our soft opening day and hours.
Can I order ahead or earn rewards?
Yes. Once we open you'll be able to order ahead through Toast, and join Chillō Rewards to collect a stamp on every visit toward a free drink. Join our email list for updates and special promotions for our loyal customers.
